I had all of my power steering components changed at America’s Service Station back in April of 2022. They did a good job, but the price was a little high even compared to the dealership. However, just last week my power steering gear box started to leak fluid and was clearly in need of replacement again. I took my truck back to their shop in Dacula, and without question they replaced the power steering gear box under their 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. When I picked my truck up the next day the steering wheel was 45 degrees to the left going straight down the road, and this was not an issue before they replaced the power steering gear box the second time. Since they’re closed on the weekend I had to wait until Monday to take my truck back to them, and again without question they fixed the issue and straightened my steering wheel. Ideally, this would have been done after they replaced the power steering gear box, but I understand mistakes happen and they definitely made it right. Lucas and Doug are both very helpful to work with, and I really appreciate a business that stands behind their work. I’m very satisfied with the service I have received from them, and I would recommend their shop to anyone who wants to do business with an honest company that treats their customers right. In addition, even though they’re closed on the weekend their hours being 7:00 am-7:00 pm through the week are very convenient, and allowed me the flexibility needed to drop off and pick up my truck without having to take time off work.
