I brought my car in for repairs and waited about 8 hours nearby, when I called to check in I was told my car had not been worked on as yet. Of course, I was upset due to the lack of communication ( and other things which would make this post longer). I will say the owner said I could bring it in tomorrow (they ordered parts for my car) and it would be the first car of the day. He stayed true to his word and I was out within a few hours. It was handled professional and efficiently. I provided them the opportunity for a second chance ( as upset as I was ) and they made it right! Thank you.
