Very nice and professional. Didn’t pressure me to buy anything more except offer me the oil change deal which I did cause it’s a no brainer!

I stopped by at 3:00 pm in the afternoon to have my brakes and rotors checked. I was not having any issues but the mileage was pushing 70,000. The store manager greeted me right away and asked how he could help. He took my truck to the service bay and had a technician begin inspecting the brake system. To my surprise, I was told I still had 40% pads on the rear and 25% on the front. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need at the time, the manager explained that my truck was clean and I still had plenty on the brake pads. He suggested some dealer services that are recommended at 60,000 miles. I appreciate his honesty. When the time comes for me to have any work done on my truck, I will be back. Nice to see customer service done the right way. This is how you build trust and repeat customers. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Efficient, prompt, courteous, friendly, and honest!!! I will send everyone that I know to them!! I has to get some things fixed in a hurry in order to pass my inspection to get my decal for my car. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous as always.
