The experience was good people were polite at the front desk , the issue I had is that whoever worked on my truck either was smoking near my truck or took my truck for a drive after an alignment and smoked in the truck , because the smell of cigarette was pretty intense when I got inside my truck, so I would advise people in the shop to be more careful because I had to literally drive with my windows open on a cold day to get rid of the .

In August of 2025 I had the catalytic convertor, egr valve, and oxygen sensor replaced on my car. It ran well for about 5 months. Then the check engine light was coming on again. The problem was again the catalytic convertor. I contacted America's Service Station and people there are very kind. They promptly replaced the catalytic convertor under warranty and the car is running fine again.

This shop is exceptional. I have been coming here almost 5 years. They do incredible work, are professional, quick and efficient. They have always treated me like a queen. Like my car with 219,000 + miles was just as important as the Lexus or Mercedes being serviced.

Another great experience as always. Needed a wheel bearing replaced. Diagnosed quickly, fair price, called halfway through the repair and said “hey your brake pads are really worn….can do them now and save you some money” so we did those too. I’ve never had an issue with these guys and will continue to come back. 5 stars.
