Excellent service. Quick , no long wait times

My Kia SUV was in need of several repairs that were impacting the car’s braking and ride experience. Doug and his team replaced the braking rotors and pads. Plus I requested a wheel alignment. I was given a price for these repairs plus a couple of other items prior to the work being completed. All repairs were completed by early afternoon of the same day. My car rides like it is new and the braking is smooth with no shaking or vibrations. I have driving trips scheduled soon and now have complete confidence that these trips will be safe and enjoyable.

I had my emissions check done here. It was quick and reasonably priced. I didn't park in the right spot, but they got my car for me instead of having me move my car. They pulled up next to the building when they were done. Definitely coming here regularly.

I have a tremendous respect for staff team. I always get professional service and everyone is friendly and very easy to talk to.

Doug is very professional and handles business. The pricing is fair and the work is great. I take all my vehicles there for anything that is needed. Foreign and US made. Orlando is one of the technicians… I cannot say enough about him. He is the most honest tech I have ever met and does a great job every time. I appreciate that. I have utilized this company over 10 times over the years and have always left there with a good feeling. Salute to American Service Station.

I took my car to another place first, they would not help me. I then went to American, they took me right away and fixed my issue. I will definitely return again!!
